Culture and History
About 1 kilometer from Kozojedy stands the Church of St. Martin. It was originally a Romanesque building and was remodeled in the 16th century. From the church, Na Starých Zámkách can be reached by following a stream after about a 15-minute walk; a Slavic hillfort once stood there.

As part of Prague Integrated Transport, Kozojedy is served by bus routes 381, 387, 660, and 959. A football pitch is available for recreational use.
Fishing and Events
The local fishing club practices sport fishing at the Na Pastvinách and Pod Hotelem ponds. Children's fishing competitions were scheduled for April 11, 2026, at the Na Pastvinách pond by the kiosk in Kozojedy. The Noční rybářské závody at the Na Pastvinách pond were open to anglers and non-anglers from the evening of Friday, August 2, through Saturday, August 3, 2024.
Local Cuisine and Festivals
At the traditional kettle goulash competition, beef goulash is cooked in a kettle suspended over a fire; visitors are invited to taste the goulash. The 9th edition of the Kozojedský Gastrofest was announced for Saturday, August 29, at the kiosk by the Na Pastvinách pond. At the Kozojedský Gastrofest, a traditional Lávka follows across the pond. During Masopust in Kozojedy, the evening continues after the procession at U Heřmanů with music and dancing.
