Malá Hrastice: Hotels and Accommodation
At the heart of Malá Hraštice stands the chapel, the dominant building on the village square. Services are held there several times a year; it was probably built in the first half of the 19th century. There is also a confectionery with a bakery and a restaurant nearby.

Culture
Velká Hraštice also adds to the historic character of the area: a parish for the Church of St. Zikmund is documented as early as 1360. Mass is held in the church on the first Saturday of every month.
Cycling
The unmarked cycling tour “Za svatým Václavem” starts and ends directly in Malá Hraštice. It is 19 km long and has an elevation gain of 357 m. The route follows smaller forest paths, is suitable for mountain bikes, and is considered not particularly challenging.
Hiking and Educational Trails
The green-marked hiking trail runs through the cadastral area of the municipality of Malá Hraštice from Voznice towards Nový Knín. A section of the “Nový Knín a okolí” educational trail runs along the eastern edge of the municipality’s cadastral area. The educational trail’s circular route passes several adits and runs through the valley of the Kocába River.
History
Ten information boards along the “Nový Knín a okolí” educational trail present the history of gold mining in the surrounding area, which was already taking place around the turn of the 13th and 14th centuries.
Transport
Bus route 488 passes through Malá Hraštice towards Mníšek pod Brdy and in the opposite direction to Nový Knín; connecting services to Prague are available from Mníšek pod Brdy.
