In the center of Malotice stands the Church of St. Matthew in an area enclosed by a boundary wall. The single-nave, rectangular building has rounded corners, a semi-oval apse, and a tower arranged centrally in the west façade.
Culture
The Church of St. Matthew is the Pseudo-Romanesque replacement building from 1864 of a presumably Romanesque church from the first half of the 13th century, first mentioned in 1309. Its Late Baroque high altar bears a Rococo painting of Saint Matthew from 1798 by Vít Prossil, the parish priest of Malotice; on either side are Rococo statues of Saint Procopius and Saint Adalbert from the 1760s.
The Baroque sandstone statue of Saint Procopius stands against the south wall. It was created in 1703 and, due to stylistic connections, is attributed to the Kutná Hora sculptor František Martin Katterbauer.
History
The historic fortress of Malotice stands on the shore of a pond in the western part of the village, on the grounds of the former manor farm. In the northern part of Malotice, the former fortress granary stands in a farmyard.
The complex of the former fortress and the present-day granary includes a massive two-story building with remnants of Renaissance sgraffito on the façades, as well as a boundary wall with arcades.

The landscape around Malotice is a gently rolling agricultural landscape with extensive fields, copses, and smaller wooded areas.
