Mrač: Hotels and accommodations
The Mrač fortress complex is situated on a rocky spur above the floodplain of the Benešovský potok stream. Parts of the fortifications and historic traces in the terrain have been preserved; the Svět Škodovek Museum is housed in a former motorcycle factory.
Culture
A fragment of the Mrač fortifications, part of the moat, and access to a cellar carved into the rock have been preserved. Mrač Fortress was probably built at the end of the 14th century; it was mentioned as abandoned in 1648 and later served as a storehouse and residential building.
The Mrač fortress site has been preserved in the form of two earth mounds, a moat, and ramparts. The area of Mrač Fortress is registered as a cultural monument. The Svět Škodovek Museum is located in a former motorcycle factory in Mrač.
Transport
Mrač railway station is located on line 221 of the Prague–Benešov u Prahy regional railway. It is integrated into the integrated transport system and offers step-free access to the station and all platforms.

Žernovka Hill [Poříčí nad Sázavou] is located in the vicinity of Mrač. Na Berance Hill [Soběhrdy-Žíňany] and Vepří Hill [Přestavlky u Čerčan] are also located nearby.
