Narysov: Hotels and Accommodation
Narysov is located on the western slope of Mount Vojna. The settlement was established on the site of an old mining settlement; lead-silver ores and iron ores have been mined in the surrounding area since the Middle Ages.
History
The first written mention of Narysov dates back to 1379; at that time, the settlement was referred to as Narissyrow.
Culture
The Chapel of Narysov was built in 1899, stands on the village green between two mature trees, and is designated as a protected monument.
In the immediate vicinity of Narysov is the Památník Vojna Lešetice memorial at the foot of Mount Vojna, on the boundary of the cadastral areas of Lazsko, Lešetice and Zavržice. Its exhibitions cover persecution after February 1948, anti-communist resistance and the history of uranium mining.

Accessible paths around the ponds near Narysov offer opportunities for walks. Rybník Dolejší is one of the best-known ponds in the vicinity of Narysov; its surroundings are suitable for observing waterfowl and other fauna.

Narysov regularly hosts the “O putovní pohár SDH Narysov” volunteer firefighters’ sports competition. The traditional Pálení čarodějnic there included decorating the maypole, roasting sausages and lighting a bonfire.
