Drsník: Hotels and Accommodation

The Chapel of Our Lady (Fatima) stands on the village green in Drsník. In 2009, the roof, the metal cladding of the dome and cross, the façade, and the interior plaster of the chapel in Drsník were renovated. The Šalanda property is a small former inn on a main road in the southern part of the extensively built-up village of Drsník. The protected property comprises House No. 15 with an extension for serving refreshments, a barn, a surrounding wall with a gate, and the enclosed plots of the site. The first written mention of Drsník dates from 1603.

The green-marked hiking trail runs from Radětice via Drsník and Pečičky to Ostrá, where it turns south and continues via Cetyně to Kozárovice. The tourist-marked cycle route 302 runs through the municipality of Pečice via Luh and Pečičky and continues via Smolotely to Solenice. Cycle route 302C also runs in the vicinity of Drsník in the direction of Příbram–Pečice–Zduchovice; it is considered a pleasant circular route with views of the Brdy Hills. Selected bus services stop at the “Pečice, Drsník” stop on weekdays.

The mountains of Bukovec, Velká Leč, Velký Chlum, and Vinice are located in the vicinity of Drsník. The pilgrimage church of St John the Baptist and views of the Podbrdsko landscape are also mentioned in the surroundings of Drsník.

In the wider regional surroundings of Drsník lies the historic site “Lety u Písku. Memorial to the Holocaust of the Roma and Sinti in Bohemia”. The area is also home to Hrad Zvíkov Castle, the Valdek Ruins, and the Church of St Anne.
