Culture and History
Třebětín is home to the subsidiary Church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary. Its protected grounds comprise the church, an enclosing wall, and a cast-iron cross on a stone pedestal. The church was originally Late Gothic, was rebuilt in 1874, and received a tower that replaced the former wooden bell tower. It has a rectangular nave, a rectangular chancel, and a projecting prismatic tower on the west side.
Třebětín has been documented since the first half of the 14th century; its church appears in a description of the Prague Diocese written between 1344 and 1350. Historically, Třebětín was subordinate to the Chřenovice estate.
