Vodranty: Hotels and Accommodation

The Křížek dates from 1880 and was donated by Marie Vařečková from Vodranty. It was restored in spring 2018; during the restoration, the monument was cleaned and the statue of Jesus Christ was regilded with gold leaf.

The chapel probably dates from the second half of the 19th century. A footpath was built from the road to the entrance doors of the bell tower.

The Czechoslovak Linden of Freedom was planted in Vodranty in May 1920 and replanted in the same location on 28 October 1946.

The Klejnárka stream flows through the Vodranty area. At the weir on the Klejnárka, the water cascades down from a height of six metres between steep rock walls. Locals often visit the weir for walks with children or dogs.

Nový rybník is located southwest of Vodranty on the boundary between the cadastral areas of Vodranty and Souňov. During the summer months, locals and residents of surrounding municipalities used it for swimming. The municipality points to a deterioration in water quality, attributed in particular to a lower water inflow and rotting deposits of leaves and branches from the surrounding mature trees.
