Sedlonov: Hotels and Accommodation

The Sedloňovský vrch Nature Reserve is located in the cadastral area of Sedloňov. It is freely accessible to visitors, except for fenced-off areas; in spring, the spring snowflake can be found there. In the town centre stands the Sedloňovská lípa, a protected tree estimated to be around 500 years old.

The European globeflower grows in the protected natural locality of Ošerov. Propadliště is a protected locality encompassing the floodplain of the Zlatý potok watercourse. Polomské louky is a flower-rich, semi-natural meadow in the valley of the Polomský potok.

The Baroque Church of All Saints was completed in 1711 on the site of a wooden church dating from 1578. The Church of All Saints and the rectory form a protected cultural monument complex.

Marked hiking trails lead to the Sedloňovský Černý kříž, a large wooden cross on the mountain ridge. The monument on Vrchmezí commemorates former visits by Emperor Joseph II, John Quincy Adams and Fryderyk Chopin. In the Polom district, the Skutina artillery fortress houses an exhibition on military fortifications from the interwar period; visitors can descend up to 36 m into the structure.

Dozens of kilometres of marked hiking trails run through the surroundings of Sedloňov; some are also suitable for cycling. The extensive alpine garden of the Grulich family in the lower part of Sedloňov, in the V depu area, can be visited by prior arrangement.
