Prosečné lies in the foothills of the Krkonoše Mountains, the Podkrkonoší region, and in the immediate vicinity of the Krkonoše Mountains. The town has an agricultural character while also being oriented towards recreation. You can consider the natural environment, local history, sacred art, golf and fishing as separate focal points and assign varying importance to them when planning your own trip. No fixed order is necessary; the geographical, historical and sporting information each stands on its own.

Landscape

Prosečné lies in an elongated valley that is wooded on both sides. In the central part of Prosečné, the Suchý potok, coming from the west, flows into the Malé Labe. At the southern edge of Prosečné, the Malé Labe joins the Elbe. For your own planning, you can consider the valley and watercourse information as different geographical reference points alongside one another. The confluence of the Suchý potok is in the central part, while the meeting of the Malé Labe and the Elbe concerns the southern edge. Together with the wooded valley and the proximity to the Krkonoše Mountains, this provides a clearly structured geographical description of Prosečné.

History and Sacred Buildings

The local church in Prosečné was built from 1898 to 1904. The earliest surviving references to Prosečné date back to 1342. The Diocese of Hradec Králové lists a filial church dedicated to Saint Elizabeth of Hungary. The statue of Saint John of Nepomuk is a late Baroque sculptural representation in a composition with simple pillar architecture. It has stood at its current location since 2015; before that, it stood by house number 62.

If you are interested in cultural history, the dates, the ecclesiastical buildings and the individual sculptural representation can be considered separately. The building history, ecclesiastical classification and local details form different levels and do not need to be combined into a single attraction.

Activities

The Golf & Country Club Prosečné has a family-friendly 9-hole golf course. The golf course of the Golf & Country Club Prosečné offers a beautiful view of the Krkonoše Mountains. The golf facility has a driving range with nine covered tees and ten grass tees. The local municipality also lists fishing among the activities you can pursue during a stay in Prosečné.

If golf is part of your travel plans, you can compare the information about the course, the view and the driving range separately; fishing is listed alongside them as a different type of activity. The different types of activity can be incorporated independently into your personal planning.

When comparing a hotel in Prosečné, you can check travel dates, room category and cancellation conditions alongside one another. Depending on your priorities, you can then base your choice of offer on the desired cultural, landscape or golf connection. The fields mentioned help you consider personal priorities separately from the characteristics of the town. For golf-related trip planning, the course size, practice facilities and view therefore appear as different pieces of information alongside one another; those who include fishing, on the other hand, are considering a separate activity theme. This allows you to arrange the characteristics of the town according to your own focus without combining them into a shared experience.
