Třebihošť: Hotels and accommodation

Mount Zvičina (671 m) is a popular tourist destination in the cadastral area of Třebihošť.

Nature

From the summit of Zvičina, there are views northwards over the eastern part of the Krkonoše Mountains and southwards over the Hořicko and Jičínsko regions.

Winter and trails

Skiing in the Zvičina area developed from the beginning of the 20th century. In 1920, the Club of Czech Tourists opened a hiking trail from Hořice to Zvičina. The hut on Zvičina was renamed Raisova chata in 1927. Raisova chata offers restaurant services for skiers and cross-country skiers, but currently has no accommodation facilities.

Culture and history

The Chapel of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Třebihošť dates from 1822. In 1900 and 1901, the chapel in Třebihošť was expanded with a nave and a vestibule. The Zvičinský kostelík is an early Baroque church from 1706, dedicated to Saint John of Nepomuk, and has a sandstone altar dating from around 1740. The so-called Imperial Road, in connection with the Perenská cesta, was probably built during the Seven Years' War with Prussia between 1756 and 1763.

Transport

The Třebihošť area is connected to Dvůr Králové nad Labem by road II/300. The area is connected exclusively by bus to Dvůr Králové nad Labem, Miletín and Horní Brusnice.
