The Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross stands on a low hill in the southern part of the approximately square-shaped square in Citice, above a small pond. Its exterior features characteristic neo-Romanesque articulation; the west tower is fully integrated into the layout of the nave. A branch of the Roman Catholic parish of Sokolov was established at the church in October 1930.

The monument to the miners' strike stands in the square in Citice. The figurative sandstone sculpture depicts a seated miner next to the collapsed entrance to a mine adit and commemorates the miners' labor struggles in the 1890s. The war memorial in Citice dates from 1959. It commemorates those who fell in both world wars, as well as the victims of National Socialism and fascism.

Competitions for the “Pohár Citické stávky” are listed for the years 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2019.

The Ohře Cycle Path runs on asphalt between Mostov and Královské Poříčí. The Mostov–Cheb–Sokolov–Karlovy Vary section is 45 kilometers long and is classified as easy to moderately difficult.
