The local cycling route 2026 runs along a 22-kilometre route between Karlovy Vary and Chodov u Bečova through Stanovice. It follows roads with low traffic volumes and, in some sections, traffic-free forest paths.

Nature

The main purpose of the Stanovice waterworks is to store water to supply the Karlovarsko region with drinking water. The dam of the Stanovice waterworks, as well as the nearby roads and areas, are permanently closed to pedestrians; access to the first-degree protection zone is prohibited to the public.

Culture

The Chapel of Saint Vitus is one of the four cultural monuments in Stanovice; these also include three half-timbered farmsteads. It was built in 1766 in the late Baroque style.

The Church of the Three Kings originated as a Gothic parish church, which was probably built as early as the middle of the 14th century. In 1678, it was rebuilt as an early Baroque structure on the site of the original church.
