Beškov: Hotels and Accommodation

The Beškovský les nature trail is approximately 1,600 metres long and intended exclusively for pedestrians. Nine information boards explain the geology and the flora and fauna of the area and provide information about the unmanaged development of the forest in the surrounding woodland.

Nature and Hiking

The Mokřady horní Liběchovky nature reserve is associated with Beškov. It covers 74.04 hectares and was designated in 1996.

A green-marked hiking trail runs through Beškov. The chapel in Beškov is located approximately 250 metres from this hiking trail. It is dilapidated, and its surroundings are neglected.

Climbing

The Beškovský kostelík rock formation on Velký Beškovský kopec has six climbing routes. Climbing on Velký Beškovský kopec is permitted year-round within designated polygons. The Velký Beškovský kopec climbing sector is associated with Beškov.

History

Křenovský mlýn, also known as Schönauer Mühle, was a large Baroque wooden building. It burned down in 1994 and was not rebuilt; the site is now empty.
