Luka: Hotels and accommodations
The historical classification of Luka dates back to the Doksy estate: from 1698, part of Luka’s historic landholdings belonged to the Doksy estate; the remaining part had already belonged to Doksy since 1553.
History
The ruins of Starý Berštejn are located in the vicinity of Luka. The wider regional surroundings of Luka include the churches Kaple Nejsvětější Trojice, U Svatého Vojtěcha, and Svatý Jiří.
Another cultural and historical landmark is the cross on the road to Okna. It stands about 600 m beyond Luka, between two large lime trees on the right-hand side of the road to Okna. During its restoration, damaged parts were repaired, a new cross was installed, and images were placed in the niches. The niches in the pedestal contain images of the Virgin Mary and the Resurrection of Christ.
