The Podkrkonoší route passes through Horní Dušnice. The section of this route through the village offers views of the ridges of the Krkonoše Mountains above the Jizera Valley.

Routes

The “From Poniklá via Stromkovice and Křižlice to Benecko” route reaches the Horní Dušnice bus stop via a yellow-marked path running predominantly through the forest and measuring approximately 2.8 km. Another connection is provided by the “Journey in Search of Crafts” route: after an approximately 2.7 km section through meadows and forests, it leads to the Stromkovice crossroads, which is designated as the Horní Dušnice bus stop.

Nature

Šeřín, Lysá hora, Zadní Plech and Zadní Žalý are located in the vicinity of Horní Dušnice – each is a mountain.

Culture

The Stromkovická Chapel was built in the 1860s. A new wooden chapel was built in 2007 within three months by the KRNAP administration and the Zdravé Krkonoše civic association. In the wider regional surroundings of Horní Dušnice is Zamek Chojnik, a castle. Spalona Strażnica, a ruin, as well as Lázně and Valdštejn, each a church, are also located there.
