Rychvald Castle is a four-winged, two-storey Renaissance castle that Bernard Barský z Baště had built from 1575 to 1577. It is protected as a cultural monument, and historical structural elements have been preserved at the castle. A tour of Rychvald Castle includes a courtyard with historic arcades, vaulted cellars, a chapel, and two kitchens, one black and one white. During the tour, visitors see gentlemen’s and ladies’ salons, a gallery, a children’s room, a bedroom, and the main dining hall. Individual tours of Rychvald Castle are currently possible for four or more people by prior arrangement.

St. Anne’s Church is a valuable sacred building that documents the continuation of Late Gothic forms in regional architecture until the end of the 16th century. It is a single-nave building with a polygonal chancel and a projecting square tower. The church has been protected as a cultural monument since 3 May 1958. Husův sbor stands in the village square and is also open for social and cultural gatherings.

Nature

The Skučák Nature Reserve protects a pond ecosystem and adjacent wetlands inhabited by important plant and animal species. Several pairs of great crested grebes (Podiceps cristatus) and various duck species can be observed at Skučák, including the garganey (Anas querquedula), the common teal (Anas crecca), and the northern shoveler (Anas clypeata).
