Culture and History
The Church of St. James is located in Lesnice and has a Gothic core.
The former magistrate’s office No. 31 is an example of folk architecture from the first half of the 19th century. It is one of Lesnice’s cultural monuments and features a richly articulated stucco façade.
The smallholder’s homestead No. 70 is also one of Lesnice’s cultural monuments. It represents the type of smallholder settlement found in the municipality of Lesnice.
Nature
The Pod Trlinou National Nature Reserve is located on the southwestern slope of Trlina Hill.

Cycling route 6232 passes through Lesnice. It runs from Hoštejn via Hněvkov, Lupěné, and Zábřeh to Rohelská Bouda and is 23.6 km long.
