Walking and cycling routes

The 13-kilometre-long cycling route 4179 runs from Březinka to Bačalský Mlýn through Načešice. The Partyzánská stezka is a themed circular trail with eight stops and follows marked KČT routes. Its loop is approximately 9 kilometres long and can be completed on foot.

Culture and events

The Church of Svatý Jiří is located in the vicinity of Načešice. Kačina Castle is located in the wider region surrounding Načešice. The Josefa Duška Memorial is a firefighting sports competition held regularly on the last weekend of April. The Betlémské světlo is regularly lit in Načešice on 23 December.
