Sovolusky: Hotels and Accommodation

The deep forests around Sovolusky invite visitors to forage for mushrooms and enjoy walks in nature. The Brložský stream flows through Sovolusky. The bathing area on the Brložský stream is currently not in operation.

Nature and Landscape

Skalka u Sovolusk is a hilly formation consisting of a single remnant of a spilite lava dome, covered by a thermophilous oak-hornbeam forest. Skalka u Sovolusk can be reached from the road via a walkable tourist trail; the site is located more than 250 metres from the road.

Mount Krkanka and Mount Bučina are located in the vicinity of Sovolusky. The nearby area also includes Husinec Hill [Semtěš u Bílého Podolí] and the hill (Vápenka) [Litošice].

Paths and Surroundings

Numerous marked hiking and cycling trails run around Choltice. Kačina Chateau and the Church of St George are located in the vicinity of Sovolusky.

Culture and History

The accessible Chapel of St Romedius is located in Choltice Chateau. Sovolusky has a historic bell tower and a cross.

The Gothic defensive tower “Bašta” in Semtěš welcomes visitors and offers a free stamp for tourist diaries. At Svojšice Fortress, the ruins of a tower and a residential building have been preserved.
