East of Červená Voda, Křížová hora rises to 735 metres above sea level as a peak of the Jeřábská vrchovina uplands. The lookout tower on Křížová hora has an observation platform located 25 metres above the surrounding terrain. From there, visitors can see across a large part of the Kladská Basin.
Trails and Nature
The lookout tower on Křížová hora can be reached from the centre of Červená Voda via a yellow-marked ridge trail. The access route is bordered by the Mokřiny nature reserve below the mountain. In addition, the approximately 3-kilometre-long Křížová hora educational trail passes five stations providing information about the local history and nature.
The Hraběcí educational trail is associated with a fairy-tale story and includes wooden animal sculptures by Mr Bubák at several points. For cyclists, the 3,960-metre-long Červená Voda–Králíky cycle path is listed.
Winter
The Červená Voda Skipark is located in the Mlýnický Dvůr district of Červená Voda. Its facilities include a 2,150-metre-long ski run and a heated four-seat chairlift.
Culture
The Červenovodské Museum of Memories and Nature is located on the first floor of the building and is accessible by lift. In Šanov, Červená Voda, there is a sculpture group of the Holy Trinity, which has been protected as a cultural monument since 11 August 2020.
The Church of St Matthew in Červená Voda is an early Baroque church built between 1683 and 1686.
