Bílov: Hotels and Accommodation

Bílov lies along the educational trail Cesta jediného boha: the approximately 10-kilometre route leads from Potvorov, with its Romanesque church, via Bílov and Červená hora to the Baroque building Mariánská Týnice. Culture

Along the educational trail Stezka slovanských bohů, depictions of Slavic gods created by students of the Plasy grammar school can be seen. The explanatory content is based primarily on Josef Růžička’s book Slovanská mythologie, published in 1924.

In Bor Forest, the still-visible remains of a village destroyed during the Thirty Years’ War have been preserved. In the direction of Červená hora lies a former Celtic burial site.

Character and Location

Bílov’s village square is lined with an avenue of almost one-hundred-year-old lime trees; two ponds lie at its centre. Bílov is located one kilometre from the Plzeň–Most main road.
