The Chapel of the Holy Family has a regular octagonal floor plan. Its entrance inscription contains a chronogram dating from 1720.

The archaeological site includes the Osojno hilltop settlement. It is classified as a site in category UAN I and as a significant archaeological locality in the cadastral area of Dražeň. The hilltop settlement is located on a rocky cliff west of the Osojno farmstead.

The stone cross of Dražeň stands about 1 kilometre from the village, on the left side of the road to Pláň. A cast-iron cross was later attached to its upper side. In the Malenice area east of Dražeň, there was also a 200–300-metre-long adit in which iron sulfate was leached in the 19th century. The adit was used by the Stark-David company to produce sulfuric acid.

Nature and Hiking

Osojno near Dražeň is associated with a protected natural monument. The Osojno Natural Monument protects a remnant of a natural thermophilous woodland with typical forest flora and a species-rich spring bloom.

The Malenický pramen spring near Dražeň emerges from shale bedrock in the valley of the Dražeňský potok stream; precipitated salts form interesting, separate terraced pools there. Since Regulation 5/2010 of the Plzeň Region, the spring has been under official protection.

The Ludvík Očenášek educational trail runs for 13 kilometres between Plasy and Dolní Bělá. It is marked in green and accessible year-round. The Malenický pramen spring near Dražeň can be reached via the green-marked Plasy–Dolní Bělá hiking trail. On the educational trail, Dražeň is listed as a nearby place for refreshments.
