Kotovice: Hotels and Accommodations

The rural farmstead No. 10 is located on the eastern edge of the southern side of Kotovice’s irregular village green. Its façade has been preserved, and the farmstead continues to be protected as a heritage site.

The German school in Kotovice began operating in 1898 and closed in 1945. The building was later used as a classroom for one of the two classes at the former primary school in Kotovice.

The former Czech minority school in Kotovice was built after 1918 for children from the surrounding Czech villages. In 2000, it was converted into four residential units.

Dvůr Gigant in Záluží near Kotovice is a cultural monument. It was originally established as a monastic estate and was rebuilt by 1662.

The traditional Advent charity evening at Dvůr Gigant reached its 22nd edition in 2025.

A protected large-leaved lime tree stands in front of House No. 35 at Dvůr Gigant in Záluží. It is approximately 360 years old and nearly 34 meters tall.

Dvorský Pond lies 500 meters west of Dvůr Gigant, covers 4 hectares of water surface, and is used for recreational and sports purposes.

On the southern side of Záluží, there is a body of water created by the flooding of a sandstone quarry, which is used for fish farming and recreation.

The hills Jetelový vrch [Chotěšov-Hoříkovice] and Tříkopec [Přehýšov] are located in the immediate vicinity of Kotovice. The surrounding area also includes Výchoz [Hradec u Stoda] and Šibeniční vrch [Úherce u Nýřan].
