Nature and Landscape
The northern part of the municipality of KramolÃn belongs to the Plánický hÅ™eben–Kákov Nature Park. KramolÃn has a hilly and predominantly forested landscape.
Near KramolÃn lies Buzrakov (Plánický hÅ™eben), a mountain. In the immediate vicinity of KramolÃn are Vráž [MyslÃv-Nový Dvůr], a hill, and Å ibenice [Nepomuk], a hill. In the wider regional surroundings of KramolÃn lies Kněžský vrch, a mountain.
History and Culture
KramolÃn was first mentioned in writing in 1437. The Kaple s pamÄ›tnÃm křÞem is located on the small village green in the center of the village. It is a registered immovable cultural monument: a masonry chapel with an octagonal floor plan, a pyramidal roof, and a small bell turret. It is also a high-quality example of a small rural sacred building from around the middle of the 19th century.
Radomysl Mediumwave Radio Mast, a ruin, is located in the wider regional surroundings of KramolÃn.
Events and Sports
The KramolÃn racing complex can be rented for sporting, cultural, and corporate events by individuals, clubs, companies, and agencies. The trial course in KramolÃn uses numerous natural stone obstacles in the racing complex and the adjacent forests. Next to the covered amphitheater, the trial course features an area attractive to spectators with two sections.
