The outline of Velký Hrádeček is marked by stone ramparts with a total length of 395 metres. On the outer side, these ramparts are 3 to 5 metres high.
The niche chapel of Hrbov is a protected cultural monument with registration number ÚKSP 31809/3-3575. It stands near the road from Hrbov to Lhenice. Its gable features volutes and an Eye of God motif.

Nature
The Hrádeček nature monument is located in the cadastral areas of Třebanice and Hrbov u Lhenic.
The Hrádeček area includes a 700-metre-long breakthrough valley of the Melhutka stream. It lies in the massif of Velký Hrádeček, at 571 metres, and Malý Hrádeček, at 509 metres, and features rocky slopes and smaller scree slopes.
Hrádeček can be reached by car without access restrictions; an access road lies within 250 metres of the site.
Things to Do
Hrbovská bašta is a named stop on the “Netolickou oborou” cycle route. The “Netolickou oborou” cycling circuit is approximately 20 kilometres long and is considered suitable for families with children.
A hike from Hrbov to Velký Hrádeček initially follows a red-marked trail towards Třebanice and then continues along forest paths to the hillfort.
