Since 1992, the area has been protected as a nature monument to preserve endangered plants and animals, and it is located around 1 kilometre from Zadov. Culture and Local History
The Church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary was built between 1842 and 1849. It houses a crystal chandelier commemorating Stachy's glassmaking heritage. The Baroque Chapel of Our Lady of the Seven Sorrows dates from 1808.
Most of the buildings in the Stachy heritage conservation reserve date from the 17th to the 19th century. In the eastern part of the municipality of Stachy, there is also an ensemble of partly log-built Å umava-style houses designated as a reserve.
