Paths and Landscape
The Kravihorská Tourist Trail is primarily intended for hiking and is also suitable for cycling. The 30-kilometre Modré Hory cycling and hiking trail connects Bořetice with Kobylí, Němčičky, Velké Pavlovice and Vrbice.
The Kraví hora lookout tower is a 15-metre-high wooden tower offering views of wine-growing villages. The Zázmoníky Nature Reserve lies on the northern edge of Bořetice’s cadastral area.
Wine
Local winemakers open the wine cellars beneath Kraví hora to residents and tourists. There are around 260 wine cellars in Pod Kraví Horou. Vinařství Hempl offers individually tailored guided wine tastings in its family wine cellar.
The Republic of Kraví hora organises wine exhibitions.
Culture and Traditions
The Church of Saint Anne in Bořetice was restored in 1680. It is a Baroque church dating from the first quarter of the 18th century.
The Anenská pouť takes place in Bořetice on the last Sunday in July. The hody festival takes place on the first Sunday in August. The satirical Republic of Kraví hora was founded in 2000.
