The Stations of the Cross in the church were renovated; in 2018, the renovated Stations of the Cross were opened to visitors there. The portal bears traces associated with two fighters who took part in the Crusades of the 13th century. The late Baroque statue of Saint John of Nepomuk also stands by the church. It dates from 1739 and was created by Fr. V. Solnický.
Outside Vážany nad Litavou, on the southern edge of the village in the direction of Kobeřice, stands a Baroque Boží muka dating from 1806. It is a valuable historical example of small-scale Classicist sacred architecture and a distinctive architectural element of the landscape.
