Vrbičany is home to the late Baroque Vrbičany Chateau, built between 1786 and 1789. The single-story building has a projecting central section that is two stories high. The chateau probably stands on the site of a medieval fortress.
Culture
The chateau displays paintings and graphics by the academic painter Vladimír Veselý. It currently appears to house the largest exhibition of historic prams in the Czech Republic. It comprises more than 222 exhibits from the collections of Hanka Müllerová and Eva Vaněčková.
Vrbičany Chateau had an English park and a French park. Next to the chateau is a gloriette, that is, a garden pavilion. Visitors can also try washing Bohemian garnets in the chateau park. Vrbičany is also home to a Neoclassical niche chapel from the first half of the 19th century, with catalog number 1000154623.
Nature
The municipality of Vrbičany has renovated the avenue toward Tělohunt as far as the landfill and installed outdoor fitness equipment there. Visitors can exercise along this avenue while also enjoying views of the Central Bohemian Uplands.
