Hiking and cycling
A yellow-marked hiking trail from Čeřínek to Ježená passes through Mirošov. A cycling route leads from Mirošov along the Jedlovský potok through Jedlov and onward toward Boršov. In addition, a cycling tour of approximately 50 kilometers passes through smaller municipalities in the area around Jihlava.
History and churches
The historic village structure of Mirošov was arranged around a château and a Baroque church. After the château was demolished in 1986, the church is the main structure that has survived.
The Church of St. Joseph in Mirošov, a branch church, was built around 1740 by Jan Vratislav of Mitrovice and has an oval nave. The Church of St. Joseph is occasionally open to visitors. A stone reconciliation cross is located in the southeastern part of the former château garden in Mirošov.
