Vícenice: Hotels and Accommodations

The inhabitants of Vícenice preserved their freedom, while the owners of the estates remained directly subordinate to the king as free farmers. Contemporary customs are also connected with the village: on February 17, 2024, and February 8, 2026, a Masopust with a masked procession took place in Vícenice.

The “Pouťový víkend” in Vícenice combined a sports morning with an evening event on June 22, 2024. On June 22 and 23, 2024, there was also a procession through the village and the felling of the maypole.

The New Year's ascent of Holý kopec took place on January 1, 2025, for the third time and on January 1, 2026, for the fourth time, thereby becoming established as a local tradition. The event represents sport and active leisure involving walking.
