Tsaghveri is a climatic and balneological spa resort at an elevation of approximately 1,025–1,050 metres above sea level. The settlement lies between mountains covered with coniferous forests.
Culture
Tsaghveri is home to the single-nave St. George's Basilica, dating from the 14th century. It was built on a platform cut into the rock.
