Tsemi: Hotels and Accommodations

The wider area of the Borjomi Gorge around Tsemi comprises extensive coniferous, deciduous, and mixed forests. At higher elevations, the forests transition into subalpine meadows. Patara Tsemi Sanatorium was founded in 1904 by physician Vakhtang Gambashidze and his father. Children aged eight to 16 with tuberculosis were treated there.
