Archaeological investigations in Ludanice also uncovered three graves, including a child’s grave.

Between 2005 and 2007, the remains of a medieval Benedictine monastery were excavated in Ludanice. According to tradition, the Benedictine monastery or collegiate foundation of St Cosmas and Damian was established around the turn of the 12th and 13th centuries. A hypocaust dating from the 14th century was discovered beneath what is believed to have been the monastery’s refectory.

The Church of the Most Holy Trinity in Ludanice is a Baroque church built in 1701. It was extensively rebuilt and modernised from 1752 to 1761. Its high altar bears a painting of the Most Holy Trinity, consecrated in 1759; it is considered a Baroque work, probably by an Italian master, and was commissioned by Countess Mária Terézia Beréni. To the left of the entrance to the Ludanice cemetery stands the stone statue of Saint Donatus. It has been part of Ludanice for more than 250 years.
