Bužim – Fortress, Mosque and Eko park
Bužim combines historical monuments, religious use, tourism-oriented design and more recent remembrance. The various aspects can be seen at clearly named locations whose architectural, chronological and functional characteristics differ. The town is therefore best understood through several thematic areas: culture and history stand alongside a tourist-oriented park, while memorial and museum sites provide additional points of interest. The individual locations remain distinguishable by their respective names and functions.

Culture
Stari grad Bužim is one of the national monuments of Bužim. As the ruin of a medieval fortress, it is divided into an upper or inner town and a lower or outer town. Stari grad Bužim includes towers, loopholes, chambers, dungeons, bastions, walls and tabije. Visitors are not charged admission to the national monuments of Bužim.
Stara drvena džamija u Bužimu adds a religious building to this historical heritage. It was built in the 18th century, restored in 1835 and remains in use. Thus, the named cultural sites include not only a medieval fortress ruin but also a building that continues to serve its original purpose.
Another named site is the Šehidsko turbe. In 1997, a Šehidsko turbe was erected in Bužim for an unspecified person and their younger brother Nevzet. Many personal belongings of an unspecified person are on display in the Muzej-soba 505. brigade in Bužim. The authentic wartime study of an unspecified person is also located there. The memorial and museum sites therefore complement the older buildings with specific links to more recent history.
Nature
Eko park “Borik” is located in the centre of Bužim. Tourist paths have been created there. At the entrance to Eko park “Borik”, there are wooden tourist facilities. The park is therefore characterised by its central location as well as by the paths and facilities at its entrance.
