The Vlaški puti Ecomuseum includes an interpretation centre and a media library housed in the former local school building. The interpretation centre is located on the ground floor of the school building in Šušnjevica and is designed to present the social history and traditional culture of Šušnjevica and its surroundings, with a particular focus on the Vlach, or Istro-Romanian, language. Fragments of frescoes and Glagolitic graffiti from the 16th to the 18th century have been preserved there. Šušnjevica is described as the largest Istro-Romanian settlement in the Labin Deanery.

This trail network includes Kontraband 1 (KB 1), a 5.97 km-long trail classified as challenging, running from Šušnjevica to Podmaj. Kontraband 1 begins at the Vlaški puti Ecomuseum in Šušnjevica and leads through forest, meadows, and low vegetation to a viewpoint overlooking Istria.
