The Nivní louka Sázavy u Chabeřic is an undeveloped meander of the Sázava valued by ornithologists. The occurrence of the water rail (Rallus aquaticus) can be observed there.

The Chabeřický Mill is a public recreational facility in the Chabeřice area. A former mill in Chabeřice now serves as a recreational centre on the Sázava between Zruč nad Sázavou and Chabeřice, below the railway line. There is also a bathing area on the Sázava below the railway line between Zruč nad Sázavou and Chabeřice.

East of the village, on the road to Zruč nad Sázavou between two lime trees, stands the niche chapel of the Holy Trinity. It dates from around the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries. Memorial lime trees stand at the U Ovčína crossroads and by the Chapel of the Holy Trinity in the direction of Zruč nad Sázavou.

A stone bell tower stands in the village square of Chabeřice. The bell in the stone bell tower of Chabeřice dates from 1737. It was requisitioned during the First World War and replaced in the 1920s.

A fortress called Jedlina presumably formed the basis of Chabeřice.
