Sports and leisure
The Cítov Tennis Club has two clay tennis courts, a practice wall and a multi-purpose court with a synthetic surface for various ball sports. A new sports facility with artificial turf and surrounding boards has been built at the football stadium. The public multi-purpose sports field is intended for hockey, field hockey and floorball. Refreshments are available at Cítov swimming pool throughout its operating hours; the water quality is checked regularly.
Culture
The Church of St Linhart preserves an apse, a stone sanctuary, a pointed Gothic arch and parts of its original Romanesque masonry. The Marian column dates from 1713. It is a historic monument cared for by the municipality. The statue of St John of Nepomuk is also a historic monument maintained by the municipality.
Landscape and traditions
Cítov is considered one of the access routes to nearby Říp, a symbol of Czech national history. The Cítov Carnival procession follows a walking route approximately 3.8 kilometres long through the municipality; residents and children can join the procession. Accompanied by music, the procession includes traditional and non-traditional carnival masks.
