East of Hřebeč, at the edge of a slope above the road, lies Tvrziště Tasov, a significant archaeological site in the cadastral area of Hřebeč.
Archaeology and History
The archaeological remains of Tasov Fortress include a circular core surrounded by a moat; an embankment was built on its southern side. In 1285, Vojslav Rebecki founded a new settlement with a fortified manor west of the destroyed Tasov Fortress in the valley of the Lidický potok.
Karel Šiktanc, a Czech poet, lyricist and screenwriter, was born in Hřebeč u Kladna.

The Hřebeč Reservoir covers 4 hectares and was built on the Lidický potok in 1976. It is a place for leisure activities. Visitors to the Hřebeč Reservoir are asked to comply with the visitor regulations; fishing is prohibited in a spawning or breeding area.
