Klobuky: Hotels and Accommodation

The Church of Saint Lawrence gives Klobuky a clearly recognizable historical profile: it already existed in the 14th century and was first mentioned in writing in 1355. The present-day church was built between 1729 and 1736 and consecrated on October 25, 1736. Its bell tower was added in the mid-16th century.

Culture

The cultural character also includes the menhir near Klobuky, which is one of the few megalithic monuments in the Czech Republic. In Páleček, a dilapidated church was probably replaced by a new building between 1776 and 1778. The main entrance to the church and cemetery in Páleček is reached via a stone staircase that ends at a masonry portal with a stone surround.
