On the village green in Kladruby stands a chapel dedicated to Saint Wenceslas. It was built in 1895 on the site of an older chapel. Next to it are a stone bearing the years 1405–2005 and a cross from 1887.

Kladrubská hůra, also called Kostelík [Kladruby u Vlašimi], is a hill in the vicinity of Kladruby. At its foot once stood a wooden church dedicated to Jan Hus. It was demolished in 1627; only the name of the hill remains from it.

In the vicinity of Kladruby, Loreta is a church. In the wider regional area are Konopiště as a château, Želivský Kláštor as a monastery, and Svatý Jan as a church.

Nature

The Kladruby Rehabilitation Institute is located in the preserved Podblanicko natural area on the edge of the Vlašim Basin, near Kladruby.

The wheelchair routes of the Czech Tourist Club run through the grounds of the Kladruby Rehabilitation Institute and its immediate surroundings. They can also be used for walks with a stroller. In Kladruby u Vlašimi, the red wheelchair route “Around the Rehabilitation Institute” of the Czech Tourist Club is listed with a length of 4.6 km.

In the vicinity of Kladruby, “(Kozlovka) [Tehov-Nemíž]” is a hill. In the wider regional area around Kladruby, Velký Blaník and Žebrák are mountains.

Transport connections

Since 2 August 2026, direct bus route 402 has connected the “Kladruby, rehab. ústav” stop with Prague several times a day, including at weekends.
