Culture and History
The Chapel of St. Peter and St. Paul dates from 1902 and was reconstructed by the municipality in 2004. The simple structure has a bell tower that is partially integrated into the west side of the chapel.
The historic buildings in the cadastral area of Strojetice also include the water mill “Leský, Ryšavého mlýn”. The oldest recorded entry found for it dates from autumn 1654. In the wider regional area are the ruins of Orlík and Želivský Kláštor Monastery. The Loreta Church and the Svatý Jan Church are also located in the vicinity of Strojetice.
Landscape and Water
Velký Blaník Mountain is located in the vicinity of Strojetice. In the immediate surroundings are Stračí vrch Hill [Strojetice] and Holý vrch Hill [Loket-Alberovice]. Ostojovka Mountain [Ledeč nad Sázavou-Souboř] belongs to the wider regional area.
The Sedlický potok flows through Strojetický rybník and Strojetice. It is a left-bank tributary of the Želivka.
