Kojetice: Hotels and accommodations
Culture
Kojetice is home to the Church of St. Vitus, a single-nave, rectangular church with Baroque architectural detailing, stained-glass windows, and a tower with a Baroque bell roof. It contains extensive remains of Early Gothic frescoes, including depictions of apostles and a genealogical cycle of the Přemyslid dynasty. It also features a late Romanesque stepped portal with an ornamented tympanum. The village is also home to a semicircular, passable Baroque gate dating from the late 18th century.
Nature
The Lom Kojetice quarry lies on the northern edge of Kojetice. It is a geotourism attraction and excursion site of great scientific importance. Beneath Cretaceous conglomerates, the quarry preserves Upper Proterozoic graywackes, siltstones, shales, and siliceous rocks.
