Ledečko is located on the Sázava waterway route. Cycle route 3/B is approximately 17 km long and leads from Sázava via Talmberk and Ledečko to Bělokozly and back to Sázava.

Nature and landscape

The Přívlacká mušle is a natural meander in Přívlaky between Ledečko and Samopše. In the vicinity of Ledečko are Přední Krliš Hill [Samopše-Talmberk], Kovářka Hill [Podveky-Ježovice], Chlumek Hill [Sázava - Bělokozly] GSM, and Stařechov Hill [Podveky-Ježovice].

On the way

As part of the trip to the Přívlacká mušle, it is recommended to take the Posázavský Pacific from Ledečko railway station to the stop in Rataje.

Culture and history

The Vraník hillfort site “Na Skalách” is an important archaeological site in the municipality of Ledečko, immediately north and east of the Vraník settlement. The hillfort is situated on an elongated ridge above a meander of the Sázava northeast of the Vraník settlement; a ditch and a severely damaged outer arched rampart are visible.
