Maršovice was first mentioned in writing in 1205. The protected church grounds of the Church of the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary include the church, the cemetery wall, the mortuary, the cemetery grounds, and the statue of Saint Adalbert. The church stands on a hill above Maršovice.

History

On August 21, 1568, Maršovice was elevated to a market town by Emperor Maximilian II.
