The marked tourist cycling and hiking circular route Stezka Miličínska runs for 20 kilometers through Miličín and connects the town with all eight local districts: Kahlovice, Malovice, Nasavrky, Nové Dvory, Petrovice, Reksyně, Záhoří, and Žibkov. The route is suitable for cyclists and pedestrians. Along its course are viewpoints, avenues, natural features, and pilgrimage sites.
Nature and trails
The Miličínský lev rock rises above Miličín. It consists of sillimanite-biotite paragneiss. The alder grove contains a rich site of spring snowflake (Leucojum vernum).
The Naučná stezka Čeňka Kraupnera educational trail is 3.3 km long, has an elevation gain of 85 m, and a paved surface.
Culture
At the western edge of Miličín’s historic town center lies the protected complex of the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary. It comprises the church, the vicarage, the cemetery wall, and the associated land.
The Chapel of the Passion of the Lord, dating from 1748, stands on Kalvárie. A restored Stations of the Cross leads to it.
