Near Schořov, the centrally laid-out, octagonal Chapel of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary stands on a hill. Its pyramid roof is crowned by a polygonal lantern; the chapel was built in 1697 by Barbora z Pottingů. In the forest next to the chapel near Schořov is the hunting lodge “Schořovský lovecký zámeček”. A chimney and fragmentary masonry are all that remain of the original hunting lodge “Schořovský lovecký zámeček”.

Trails

On May 11, 2024, a traditional pilgrimage on foot to Schořov took place. A marked hiking trail from Čáslav leads through Schořov and then continues to Tisá skála. The hiking route from Golčův Jeníkov to Čáslav leads from Tisá skála through Schořov and onward to the Tupadly intersection. Cycle route 0117 also passes through Schořov.

The Kačina Chateau and Krkanka Mountain are located in the surroundings of Schořov. The hill (Mokřiny) [Bratčice u Potěh] lies in the vicinity of Schořov. In the wider regional surroundings of Schořov are Bučina Mountain and Ostojovka Mountain [Ledeč nad Sázavou-Souboř]. Near Schořov, the mixed avenue is dominated by chestnut trees. The Schořov pond serves as a classic fishing area for its members.
