Všestary: Hotels and accommodations
In Všestary stands the smírčí kámen, a red sandstone slab with an engraved cross and spear. It is associated with a killing that is said to have taken place in 1585. Today, the stone is built into the left corner of the base of the fire station.
Culture and history
The memorial to the fallen of the First World War on the village square in Všestary bears seventeen names. The cemetery chapel in Všestary includes a post-mortem room and a mortuary. The first written mention of Kříž u hřbitova dates back to 1908. At the cross by the cemetery chapel, Kříž u hřbitova, five roads branched off toward Všestary, Světice, Tehov, Otice, and Všechromy.
Cycling
The “Do Prahy na kole” cycling route runs from Mnichovice through Všestary, Světice, and Říčany to the Prague districts of Kolovraty and Královice. Its third section runs through the cadastral areas of Všestary and Strančice and is 2,733 m long in total. The route is marked with yellow tourist signs, a bicycle symbol, and route number 0026. It features rest areas, information boards, and “ladovské” signposts. It is also suitable for ordinary trips and can be used for bicycle traffic between municipalities.
Events
During Masopust 2026 in Všestary, visitors could join a public, family-friendly procession through several streets of the municipality on February 7.
