Velké Všelisy: Hotels and Accommodation

Velké Všelisy lies above the deep valley of the Košátecký potok stream, partly on its north-facing slope and partly in the valley itself. As an agricultural settlement, Veliké Všelisy is characterized by traditional rural buildings, complemented by a small country château; the buildings are predominantly rectangular and have gabled or half-hipped roofs.

Culture

The château in Veliké Všelisy was not built until 1832 and apparently made use of the remains of an earlier fortress. Two barrel-vaulted ceilings have been preserved beneath the north wing of the château in Veliké Všelisy.

The hill (U Pětikálků) [Nemyslovice] is located in the vicinity of Veliké Všelisy. The hill (Na Drahách) [Boreč] and Niměřický vrch hill [Sovínky] are also located in the vicinity.

In the wider regional surroundings of Veliké Všelisy are the ruins of Starý Berštejn, the Church of St. Adalbert and Lysá Mountain.
